Refund policy

We do not offer an option to return your efoil once it has been ordered and paid for.

Should the item be faulty or damaged when delivered we will evaluate the damage and have the item repaired under our warranty we offer.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
